Handy for taking pictures of subjects that are difficult to approach, or to minimize vibration for close-ups and time exposure.
Infrared strobe-type wireless control system designed for use with Canon SLRs featuring T3 terminals. The LC-3 has a maximum range of approx. 100m/330ft, and several sets can be linked together. There are four control modes: single exposure, continuous exposure, test and 3.5-second delay. 2-stage switch permits individual control of metering and shutter release. Three transmitter chanels are available, plus an "All" position for operating several cameras from an individual transmitter via multiple receivers. Powered by 4 AA alkaline-manganese or NiCd rechargeable batteries.
A Remote Switch 60 T3 can be attached to the LC-3 transmitter and the RS-80 N3 can be attached to the LC-4 transmitter. It is also possible to link additional receivers and transmitters together to extend the range of the system. The LC-3 /LC-4 Receiver can be used as a slave unit to fire a flashgun.
